Shipping & Delivery
Q: How often do you ship orders?
A: Orders are processed and shipped every weekday.
Q: How are orders shipped?
A: All orders are shipped using overnight courier shipping via CourierPost. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders valued over $150.00.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, we currently only offer shipping within New Zealand.
Q: What happens if there is an issue or delay with my order?
A: If there is a delay or issue, we will notify you via email. If necessary, we may contact you by phone if a phone number has been provided.
Q: What should I do if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
A: Contact us immediately. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Q: What should I do if I forget to select rural delivery at checkout?

A: We accept a majority of debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, ZIP, and other payment methods supported by Shopify.
Q: I forgot to add an item to my order before checkout. Do I have to pay for shipping again?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can add additional items at no extra cost. Select this option at checkout, but ensure your order hasn’t already been dispatched, as this could cause delays.
Products & Card Grading
Q: How do you grade your cards?
A: We grade cards based on the following categories:
- Near Mint (NM): Minimal wear, no major blemishes.
- Very Good (VG): Minor wear, small scuffs or edge wear.
- Lightly Played (LP): Noticeable scratches, scuffs, or edge wear, still playable.
- Heavily Played (HP): Significant wear and tear, but functional for gameplay.
We do not sell cards that we consider worse than Heavily Played, damaged, or unplayable.
Please note that grading is not an exact science, and there may be times when we categorise a card differently from how you feel it should have been graded. If you are unhappy with the grading, please contact us. We are always happy to work with you on solutions and appreciate your feedback to help us improve the store and customer experience.
Q: Are your cards tournament legal?
A: Yes, all cards we sell are authentic and suitable for casual and tournament play unless specified otherwise.
Q: What should I do if I receive an item of lower quality than expected?
A: Contact us via email immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
